Description |
A colorimetric method has been developed for the estimation of
bromophos [O,O-dimethyl, O-(2,J-dichloro-4-bromophenyl) thiophosphatej in food
grains and seeds. The basis of the method is the reaction between pesticide molecule
and nitrobenzylpyridine in presence of cyclohaxylamine. The technique is
simple, rapid and sensitive.
