Description A new type of electron transporting active layer made of BaSnO3 with different morphology, rod and particle is prepared via a wet chemical process for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The effects of this BSO morphology is considered to play an essential role in a better performing PSC device. Enhanced efficiency of 2.91% is recorded for rod based active layer compared to particle (1.93%) in ambient condition. However, humidity plays a crucial role which affects the performance of a PSC device in ambient condition and this is further monitored through contact angle measurement which can be identified as an indirect tool to understand the stability of the perovskite device.
