3-Arylidene-7-methoxychroman-4-ones <b style="">3a-k</b> have been prepared from 7-methoxy-chroman-4-one <b style="">1</b> and heterocyclic aldehydes <b style="">2</b> and have been evaluated for anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. All of them have registered moderate anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. |
