Efficiency is an important factor of any device. Efficiency is a key issue not only for energy consumption, but also for its effect on the longevity of the device, since the ability to operate the device at a lower input power at a given luminance decreases ohmic heating and increases the device lifetime. In this research paper we have taken the basic factors that has been used to calculate the efficiency of Organic Light Emitting Diode around 5%. The efficiency of this device can be increased by using different new techniques in those factors. |
