Description |
Reinforced concrete beam column joints are important subassemblages in moment resisting frames. In the earthquake resistant design of these frames, the ductility and energy absorption characteristics of the joints are very important factors to be considered. The paper presents the results of the displacement controlled cyclic load test on full-scale joints and the conclusions drawn therefrom.
